We would like to notify that we are now experiencing unplanned payment system downtime. As such we are expecting delays in submitting Approval and Endorsement applications. Our technical team currently looking into this matter to get it resolved as soon as possible.
Thus, while waiting for the issue to be resolved we would strongly advise you to plan your submission and applications ahead to ensure a smooth process at all ends.
For endorsement application that affected and is expiring soon, kindly apply for a Special Pass at Immigration Department in Cyberjaya.
