We refer to our announcement dated 6th December 2020 (CCFS–MFS–ANNC–MDEC–142 D20201206) where we have highlighted that there will be delays in processing of endorsement application due to high volume of backlogs and we are not operating with full staff strength to adhere to the SOP.

Please take note that we are unable to entertain all urgent request including travelling inside Malaysia due to the above reasons. However, should company require the FKW to travel outside Malaysia for business purposes, please ensure that confirmed flight ticket is attached during submission of passport.  As such, we encourage you to plan your applications ahead and give us sufficient time to complete the process.
