THE ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
COMPANY
- Own at least 1 new uncommercialized or commercialized IP
- Has a minimum of one (1) year track record in any development of creative works whether as an outsourced service provider or in the creation of original works
- Incorporated in Malaysia
- Minimum of 51% of the legal and beneficial ownership is vested in Malaysia
- Not the subject of a winding order
ENTERPRISE / SOLE PROPRIETORSHIPS / PARTNERSHIPS
- Own at least 1 new uncommercialized or commercialized IP
- Has a minimum of one (1) year track record in any development of creative works whether as an outsourced service provider or in the creation of original works
- Registered in Malaysia
- Minimum of 51% of the legal and beneficial ownership vested in Malaysia
- Not the subject of a winding order
LIMITED LIABILITY PARTNERSHIPS
- Own at least 1 new uncommercialized or commercialized IP
- Has a minimum of one (1) year track record in any development of creative works whether as an outsourced service provider or in the creation of original works
- Registered under Limited Liability Partnerships Act in 2012
- Has a minimum of 51% owned by Malaysians
- Not the subject of a winding order
