DIGITAL CONTENT CREATORS CHALLENGE (DC3)
The Digital Content Creators Challenge – DC3 (formerly known as IPCC & DICE) is a platform for local talents to hone their creativity and accelerate the development and commercialisation of innovative and world standard digital content.
Apart from the grant money to develop the winning proposals, DC3 winners will also receive consultancy from industry heavyweights that will further help them in turning their ideas into reality.

SHORT ANIMATION & ANIMATION SERIES
Winners will be awarded up to RM100,000 grant each to develop a 5_7 minutes short animation OR up to RM60,000 each for a 3 minutes sizzle animation
INTERACTIVE MEDIA
Winners will be awarded up to RM90,000 grant each to develop a commercial_ready game.
DIGITAL COMIC
Winners will be awarded up to RM25,000 grant each to develop a complete digital comic.
THE CRITERIA TO ENTER AS A COMPANY, THE ENTITY MUST BE:
Incorporated in Malaysia under the Companies Act 1965.
In operation of not more than 5 years.
Has a minimum of 51% equity held by Malaysian(s).
Not be the subject of a liquidation/winding up order.
Has no going concern issue and/or not dormant.
Has not more than 25 employees at a time.
THE CRITERIA TO ENTER AS AN ENTERPRISE / A SOLE PROPRIETORSHIP, THE ENTITY MUST BE:
Registered in Malaysia under the Registration of Business Act 1956.
In operation of not more than 5 years.
Has a minimum of 51% owned by Malaysian(s).
Not be the subject of a liquidation/winding up order.
Has no going concern issue and/or not dormant.
Has not more than 25 employees at a time.
